    1. shares are at historical lows, market cap too.

    2. Company turns a profit

    3. Company is free of debt

    4. Company has at least a 1 year backlog= current run rate

    5. Company's sector/niche is growing rapidly

Of course all five of these can happen and NO buy out...but think about it...FuelC, is turning the corner on all of these aspects...that begins to make a compelling target, IF you believe in gas2elect. has a bright future.

    I certainly do--chi

    • Why not let FCEL stand alone and let them emerge the front runner. Within 5 yrs it could be well over $10.00

      Sentiment: Buy

    • I'll never spi..t on a buyout.... so if happens @4,3,2.5... it's ok for me.
IMO, as we're approaching to make profits, I think a fair value is 1 Bil$ (5$).

For the story, I don't think FCEL will be bought.
This can happen @ 1 Bil$ in Mcap, when it's already profitable.
A big boy gets scared to loose the new consolidated market (GE maybe).... and buys for more than 1.2 Bil$.

      But not now.
Remember that first you have to convince the Board..... for at least some years of paychecks.
      That is linked to Mcap.
Nobody would spend 1 Bil$ for a Company NOT YET profitable.
Board would not sell for less than 1 Bil$.

      • The BOD has to push the company as far and as fast as possible. The accepted BO occurs when someone sees what is going to be an even bigger success when under their wing and they open the checkbook to get it. Is that FCEL? Not yet. Can it be FCEL? I believe so. But under $2B is not in the BOD's plan, imo--chi
