Tier's president/founder who is now a ZBB director holds about 20 patents in the power electronics field. He has developed many alternative energy products. I imagine that the new people ZBB has openings for will be working for him. This gives ZBB capabilties in to new technical areas. He also has a respectable backlog of products.
