Correct, anyone that understands the dynamics of the AE market and this company understand the US is going to take time and will be slow to build, like everything else the US does. This is why the company is working on S Korea and China b/c they are so far ahead of us in regards to this area. The DOD is really the area that has an immediate need to offset budget cuts via items like energy efficiency...this is the inroads to the US market, start with government as others have alluded to, then the US market begins to heat up and we have those kind of sales as a reference point!
