I need to go back through it with a fine tooth comb, but this actually doesn't look that bad. Between the 500k they got from their JV and the million from this they are good till the end of fiscal Q1, 2014 as a worst case. I don't see this as bad at all at this point and probably about the cheapest funding available. This gives them funds on demand as needed. What's nice is if they have a ton of good news out and this runs to .60 in one day for a close they sell 3 million worth of shares without much dilution etc. See no reason for this not to head back over .40 very quickly with all of the risk off the table (other than potential dilution) for at least a year with the 9 additional million available. No risk and plenty of reward means our upside is finally here.
Seems to me the CFO did a good job at creative financing & using prevaling stock pricing as the main structural point of the agreement. Might have to convert some of my Casio money to ZBB stock. Still a gambel just in a differant form.
I might add on Monday. There is minimal risk right now outside of some major issue with the stoarage units themselves. You figure Cummins announcement is coming as well unless they are waiting till Q4 to make sure they are cash flow break-even. What would be even more interesting is if shareholders bought a few million shares here to start driving the price up. What's great for Atlas is as the price goes higher and they gain shares for cash, the price will continue going higher making them more money as well. Only thing I don't get is why put it out Friday after the close instead of during the week.
