ZBB Energy Corporation Message Board

The real issue - no sales. All the rest is a result of consistently losing money.

I am as upset as anyone on here as I have lost money holding ZBB. Luckily I sold some as ZBB continued to disappoint. However even today I hold some shares. Not sure why as an investor. Breaks every investment rule I know and have paid dearly to learn over the years.

I think the reason perhaps many of us bought and or still own ZBB shares is that we are optimists and want to see the underdog succeed. Perhaps we also think ZBB has or had the potential to in a small way make the world a better place. Not sure why we have stuck around as ZBB quarter after quarter fails to deliver.

As ZBB has failed to deliver on sales they have had to raise money at a very high cost. We can argue they should have done a better job raising capital. It is easy to do sitting behind my computer screen. And I am sure Eric made mistakes raising capital, selling batteries, with strategy... But I think Eric probably did as good a job as anyone else.

I think at the end of the day ZBB's products are for early adapters and the market has not yet developed yet or at the pace they had hoped for. That probably has more to do with the situation than with bad management. JMO. And I was personally sad to see Eric's dress and demeanor. That was telling however I was taken back by that and it just makes me sad that ZBB is where they are and that I lost money with them. And yes I feel a bit betrayed or misled for drinking the kool aide that was served up. I should have known better.

I have a feeling this last financing is a way for the true believers to take ZBB private if they cannot survive. In that way they can continue their dream and if the market develops they can make the money they have been chasing all this time. Again JMO. But it sure makes sense.

    • You are correct and I sat back and thought about this a few days ago. There are still shares getting bought here at this .19 level, WHY? No investor in their right mind, given what we know, would buy this stock here. So, what is it then? I would venture a guess the entities who are going take this private is sitting here buying up the shares.
