I listened to it and heard the same things you did. Let me know if you want to have a private conversation by telling me I have mail. I lack interest in talking to others than you and the gentleman who gave us ERB concerning ZBB. There were a few glaring things, but readers here mostly would not benefit from my comments.
I didn't even listen to it Jeff. I read the transcript from seeking Alpha. Seemed quite clear in reading it that Eric is defeated. Perhaps his voice inflections made it very different than just reading it. I've got a lot going on right now, but I'll shoot you an email later this week, perhaps tomorrow and we can touch base.
Jeff - curious what you thought. Obviously defensive over deal terms and board participation in deal. On that point maybe he is correct. They had no other options and were out of money. I find it disturbing to run a business I own shares in irresponsibly like that. To spend money they do not have and wait till the very last moment to beg for more on terms so unfavorable to shareholders. Seems like they could have slown down spending instead. Like our gov. except they aren't able to simply print money.
Other than that not sure what to make of the hopeful comments for new sales and potential money and strategic partners. Yes we have heard all that before. But if I recall didn't Eric bring in a big partner in his last venture? Maybe there is some real chance for that to happen?
Don't know and getting fatigued. I guess we all feel a bit betrayed or misled as things certainly have not gone as we were told or had hoped. I wonder if it is more a matter of timing rather than poor execution. Again not sure and curious what you think
