HAHAHA EDZ IS A JOKE
Shorts decreased doesn't mean it goes up.. cheap stocks can go cheaper... remember last year there was an oil bear ETF it kept going down everyday till it expired.
Everytime people start thinking there is a bubble in something don't wait.. buy the bubble.. sure it will burst but not this year..

That is exactly what everyone said about USO as it was going higher every day and it kept ripping up hard last year to over 112!

The short decrease means you have less partners to short with and less momentum in a downside. And that ETF in oil did not go to zero it was a special internal case with the law which was discontinued.
