Another positive development is NE will now continue their buyback program after being out of the market for at least the past three months (for reasons i did not fully comprehend). Hopefully this will limit some of the extreme volatility and make the market manipulators think twice. Truly amazing some of the low ball bids you see cross the tape trying to catch a cheap buy from an unsuspecting seller(if you choose to sell definitely name your price dont place a market). 2007 appears to be a banner year, with roe well over 30% with dayrates continuing to rise dramatically. Revenue stream and income are locked in at much higher levels for years to come it appears, which adds to my wonderment how can this stock be so volatile yet have such a transparent virtually guaranteed future. I am definitely on board goldman's view of 99 fair value. And goldman admittedly views that as as conservative number. I expect to see a premium in price well over fair value in the coming months.
