I have been at this a long time....I continue to learn and have learned a lot...Just one of the tons of things I learned is that its almost impossible to buy a stock at its lowest low and sell at its highest high. You pick a decent price and hang on...Its not an easy game... Sure, today so far is painful..However if you are patient and can wait you might be rewarded in 6 months to a year. Nobody is perfect.. If you ask me, anything below 35 was probably a reasonable bet.. I am slowly accumulating more today..D
Chute--today is May 14th----ink isn't even dry if it is in fact open market purchase-----generally they at least wait 3 days for the trade to settle. Somehow I don't think we are getting the full or coreect story as yet!!!
It could have been a programmed sale. In which case everyone would have known WHEN it would happen, with the only question being the price. In which case they'd be all ready to report it once they filled in that box. It's one of the few ways insiders can trade aside from at very specific points in the year is to use a program trading created during one of those rare times the CEO has no significant insider knowledge.
Excellent, I was fairly sure after my Due Diligence that this was a horribly undervalued company, it's nice to see that the CEO agrees with me. I bought my stake on the 30th of April. @ 30.753
