Management should just liquidate their positions and return the 15% minus expenses to shareholders.
shareholders can force a vote if requested.
Feb. 24 now discount to NAV is 11%. I'm voting open end.
It appears that the shareholders will not be given the opportunity to liquidate this , according to the latest article in Seekingalpha. Should one just sell this position or wait ?
