It looks to me like MAA' 1st quarter FFO should be $0.71 and not $0.75 as stated in company release of Tuesday April 28 th.. I am interested to know if this is correct or an explaination of why the FFO for three months isn't 15,258,000 instead of 16,022,000 as shown in the report. The 15 mm number was gotten be subtrating amounts shown from net operating income.
This company has been performing better than its competitors and will continue to do so for the next two years. I have been buying this stock since March 1998 and will continue buying for another two years.
