NEC TOKIN losses will have to be added in at some point. The company keeps delaying this unpleasant moment. Hard to blame them, but NEC TOKIN has had some serious problems and is losing money quarter after quarter. When the data is out then expect the stock to take another big drop.

The NEC TOKIN deal is so structured that KEM can just walk away. They would lose the down-payment but still survive. There is a good market for capacitors. So the picture here is not just black and white.
