This shabby outfit accepts no responsibility, whatsoever, for losing 6 of 7 faxed prescriptions my doctor sent to them. This happens all too frequently. They'd better get off their butts and worry about the consumer for once.
I've seen those faxes that the office "supposedly sent" and they probably were jumbled together or unreadable from the doctors fax machine. Doctors offices frequently make mistakes in thier faxes also.
Mistakes upon mistakes. Even if they manage to fax them correctly they often forget vital information like strength, directions, quantity or they just don't sign them. wHAT i FIND PARTICULARILY FUNNY IS WHEN THEY FAX THE DR A FORM STATING A PROBLEM AND THE DR JUST SIGNS IT AND FAXES IT BACK WITH NO CHANGES OR ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM. THIS BASICALLY SHOWS THE DR DOESN'T EVEN COMPREHEND WHAT HE IS LOOKING AT, HE JUST SIGNS IT. SO BUSY ARE THEY, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY SIGN. I SHOULD SEND A POWER OF ATTORNEY FORM STATING ME IN CHARGE OVER THEIR ASSETS BECAUSE CLEARLY THEY WILL SIGN ANYTHING.
My apologies for pointing out that you stated something that you claimed not to state.
Further, I apologize for pointing out the holes in your story.
Most importantly, I apologize for pointing out to everyone on the board that you were full of it.
You wrote below that the medical staff plays this 'rodeo with Medco on a daily basis'. I took that to mean they have problem with MHS daily.
Your credibility is sorely lacking when you can't remember what you posted in the last day or so. Yes, miraculously MHS found them, but you said the Doctor's office re-faxed them so did they find the originals ro the re-faxed versions?
Your story is starting to look like swiss cheese - lots of holes in it.
The following is from YOUR post #3801:
Yes, I had them re-send them as I and others have done before. The medical staff play this rodeo with Medco on a daily basis so, having seen them do it properly tells me that Medco needs to find a better way. Never ove, have they EVER admitted they screwed up. I can allow companies to make mistakes but the only thing they are consistent in, is making mistakes. I don't expect incompetent people to do anything but scratch their asses.
