people who want liquidity and brokers who have clients in want to rotate the money will tell client to sell. I will buyback after that dip. Just a heads-up long term its a good play. This is not dilution. They brought the thing public in 4 stages called tranches.
More index funds might pick up this stock if they freed up all the stock now instead of waiting until December as originally anticipated when they cut the distribution and went public initially.
looks like we have already been pulled down by the massive sector sell off in recent sessions. I wanted them to free up the entire remaining shares in June but they are too stubborn. Market might have crashed by then. How much was HTA market price affected 6 months ago when people sold from second tier when it became liquid.
I have owned this stock since April, 2009. It went public on June 6, 2012 and had 4 different "classes" or "tranches" which come as tradeable public shares in four segments (25% each time). June, 2012; December, 2012; June, 2013; and the final 25% of outstanding shares in December, 2013.
How low do you think it might go? I'm not so sure there will be much dip. There is an interesting link about insiders at HTA who are buying ... check the Yahoo HTA "Headlines" for today. If it does draw back to 12 or thereabouts, I'll probably pick up some more.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
