Maxim raises its POWR tgt to $20 from $18. Firm continues to recommend that investors accumulate shares of POWR following its 2Q13 results. POWR experienced significant growth in each segments, a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. Incremental positive may come from the current discussion POWR is having with the government of the Bahamas to supply solar plants and grid reliability services, and although management kindly declined to comment on the status of the negotiations, firm believes an announcement could be made as soon as 2H13.
