Well actually, the merger has an Achilles body, but the employee support number doesn't seem to have been arrived at in a statistically defendable manner.
Has anyone heard of any poll being taken?
It must be important or it wouldn't be in the S-4 filing.
Isn't it a violation of securities law to make false statements in connection with the offering of securites?
David W. Packard has brought this up and I feel that this will be the fatal blow to the merger.
If a fair and accurate poll is taken, from what I've seen in the office, the number will be less than 65% support.
That will become the news and Carly's credibility will be focussed on.
