What happened to HP's famed quality?

Infidel heads of "good enough" should roll in Houston.

    • Did anyone read the articles ? Hp found the issue mostly dealing with Intel chip sets and how they work with standard memory. Most everyone uses the chip sets and memory including white boxes and your beloved IBM and Dell. Hp had the guts to tell the world and do something about it fast. I would say this is a good thing for the customer.
Where is the admission of something wrong from the other companies building with the same materials ?
Your comments are a joke and obviously as slanted. Go back to your home board and make up crap there.
This is why hp is #1 satisfaction with Corporate users and IBM/Dell is tied for 2nd.

      • Sonny,

Seems to me that the Houston label slappers were blowing smoke when declaring others would have the same problem.

Question for Houstonians, did CPQ used to qualify products by similarity, as similar to ibm's boxes?
