I don't necessarily blame Leo...He had less than a year to try to do something with this mess. Blame the board, they hired him without sitting down and talking with him personally. What a bunch of idiots! This Board needs to go, all of them.
I don't know how you instill a sense a confidence within your workforce with this kind of managerial stupidity. Don't look for a turnaround with this management, even with Whitman. I think the only hope is for another company, like Oracle, to come in and buy HPQ out. HPQ is ripe for a takeover at a $20 stock price.
