It looks like Intrade will be brought before a judge to tell why they violated their recent agreement on selling options. (According to the agreement, they can't sell options) They don't appear to be shut down. They just can't sell options that they agreed not to sell in the first place. Or are you arguing that legal agreements mean nothing, and they and anyone should be able to ignore any legal contract they sign?
