    First Dell; Next HP

Who knows? A company is only worth what someone will pay for it. HP will never get fair market value if entirely sold. The buyer will have to make a profit, and assume risks selling off the pieces. Hostess is garnering far more selling its pieces after bankruptcy, than if had tried to sell itself in total.
