dell valued at $24.4b ... how much is hp worth?
if dull is worth 24Bil HP should be worth at least 40Bil
why would dell be open?.....the deal is done @ 13.65....
$13.37 ,,, not much upside to tie up the money for the deal to go thru in at least 3 months. But, shorts will cover to support the share price.
