at a recent technology exhibition in Northern California (June), when Lou Platt was asked by analysts in attendance "will you split the stock again in the 100 to 120 level" his response was, "If you're trading HWP stock in anticipation of a split, you're gonna be waiting a while".
The gain HWP made today has already discounted its earnings. It won't rise tomorrow because they failed to announce a stock split, especially when HWP is at 110! It's too expensive to buy right now. Even with its earnings, it still makes the stock too expensive.
