If you look at the daily or even 5 day (big) Yahoo! charts, it looks like there is no trading in HWP for most of the day - it's been like this for a couple of weeks now. What is going on?

burden was impossible to bear! In his example, as I
remember, the commissions were about 60%. Maybe someone
remembers precisely what he said; my interest was pretty
low for that segment.

I don't quite follow your question, but,
depending on how much money you have, commissions are
largely irrelevant as they are so small($60 round-trip or
less on 100k of HWP). When you are small (individual),
you can also ignore transaction costs like moving the
market on your execution.
