Zumiez rated #1 best retailer of 2010

Pretty incredible, check out the article written by the street. They listed 10 companies, Zumiez got the top spot!

I don't have any position right now because of the terribly low volume lately. Stock is taking a breather i guess.

    • Please, no position. Gave me a chuckle for the day. Why would you continue to post and praise this over stuffed stock? Why waste your time if you have no position?
The Street is a RAG which has no clout. It's backed by cramer and his back pocket boys. Upgraded it and bread and butter story. Where is the stock on an up day....DOWN

They are pumping this up to pull the rug from under your feet. Classic manipulation!

I do have a position and it may go up or sideways until xmas but when jan, feb, comes all downhill from there. (skiing) no pun intended.

      • Personally, I post here because I have been trading this stock for a few years. Almost exclusively short or with options. It is an interesting company, my teenage kids shop there. I agree with you, the stock is overvalued, but check the history. It was over 40 bucks a share a few years ago. It is very volatile, so prudence is called for, thats for sure!

    • Yeah, it looks like 35 was a pipe dream, I could still see it hitting 32.50 or so. If you are going to take a position, right now might be a good time. My advice would be to maybe buy half of what you actually would like, then if it goes down to 27 or 28, buy another half.

With all the good retailing news, I would be surprised to see it go under 27, at least until the next earnings report. My opinion only, of course.
