ZUMZ seems to have bottomed. Considering writing August 2011 27.50 calls which will pay 24.3% gain if called away and 10.4% if it expires below strike. Anyone else like this?
Probably a good strategy, just keep in mind the high beta of this stock. If the overall market does well, ZUMZ could soar. I would expect that the calls would have a great chance of expiring worthless.
On the contrary my dear Watson! I think ZUMZ will be 27.50 before the end of THIS MONTH. That earnings report was HUGE...and MAJOR short interest! We will see this +1.25 one day soon...and then we cruize from there!! Was a recent $30!:)
