Most on this board (or maybe it's one of my other REIT funds) expect a dividend cut, but that even after the cut there will still be a very attractive yield. In the mean time, there is opportunity for huge upside when the market stabilizes. Impossible to pick the bottom. There's also a chance that this fund and other leveraged REIT funds will go out. This category has become a moderately high risk, extremely high reward investment. Good luck to you.
