So if the NAV is so much higher than the pps why don't they liquidate the fund and give all the shareholders a nice present?
why would they liquidate.... the fund managers are making aver 1.5% in annual fees.... better to milk the cow than eat one big steak dinner!
The other point is that there are 2 ways for the spread to close ... we don't like one of them.
Liquidation has happened before with CE Funds.On the other hand, you can buy a diversified bundle of best of breed REIT's for a huge discount to their asset value.Enjoy it while it lasts.As soon as they raise their divy, the discount will go away.
