Maybe, but I don't think soon. The RQI distribution was about doubled beginning this quarter. Sounds good, but check the funds financials, there's going to have to be a large Return Of Capital (ROC) to make that happen because RQIs NII didn't cover the old divy, and doesn't come close to covering the new divy. The fund buy back was working slowly but I guess they figure they have to ramp up the divy to get people to buy the fund. Excessive ROC is what dissapaited RQI and all the other Cohen and Steers funds over the past 3 years - here we go again, watch out.
