    I bot RQI 2007 @ 15.81//based on Ben Stein's

Buy an equal amount now....sell your higher cost shares in 31 days or more..I am confident that RQI will be higher than 9.20 before end of year....you will now enjoy same dividends at a lower price in, have a tax write off for 2011, and be in the black before the end of the year...

    • If you buy now do you have to wait 31 days to sell older shares at a loss? I thought it was the other way around, i.e. if you sell and take a loss you must wait 31 days to buy it back or you cannot take the loss. Or does it work both ways?

As to the original post; Stien also recommended RQI at $1.5 per share. So, you should have listened to him after all.
