Great entry point for those of you who can be patient! Strong management will hold the company together. We'll be back over $10 by this time next year.
why is THIS is good entry point, when there is a reasonable likelihood that it will drop a lot further?
Look at the divident its paying and then ask me the question again. This company is solid as a rock.
Lots of talk about investment grade losses in the CMBS space. Even the tiniest loss in the investment grade tranche means the Bp ate it. This is not good for JRT as the Bp holder.
I picked up another handful at $7.29. Figured it would bounce of $7.30. Oh well, with that $0.30 dividend it ends up being $6.99 -- nice!

Not so nice with JRT trading at 6.35. I've begun watching this one again. I bought a while back in the 9s and sold in the 11s, when others were saying that I should hold. Glad I didn't LOL! Having said that, it's beginning to look tempting and I have set a watchpoint to re-enter if if drops into the mid-5s.
I think she is going to 5...
Pity the poor person who bought this 18 months ago at $21.
If it gets to $5, I will be buying more.
I wouls wait.. see if it stabilizes in the low 5s or high 4s.. if not.. watch the continual drop and wait until it stabilizes or starts a steady climb. Nothin in this sector says anything like that (in other words, there is no good news out there) will happen for maybe a year.. but can it go down? YES!! time to dump.... or at least hold.. Don't buy here!
No JRT shares trading AH what you talking about
According to my Schwab Cyber trader, 62,900 shares traded at 5 mins after the close for $6.30.
