Shareholder lawsuit to be filed tomorrow
Immdeiately after earnings are reported.

Well I started with 100 shares.
Then I received a "special" and had 191 shares.
Then I received a 10:1 reverse and have 19 shares of JRT.
Now it appears that there will be significant dilution with the issuance of new shares. A dilution of at least 20:1
This is absolute crap. I am so far underwater in JRT, this is not funny. I feel for those shareholders who held any larger stake in JRT than me.- 2 Replies to losawicki

What is the basis for the suit? Anger over dropping share price? There has been no illegal activity. Me thinks you are a short....
