I have to agree with him to some extent. Depends on your individual situation and amount of holdings and market outlook such. IF the market takes a dump, CTEL will fall and provide a good opportunity to buy more; the market tends to overpunish this and other companies. If it doesn't fall, I believe CTEL will continue upwards. So if you have a good amount of shares and feel nervous (justifiably so) about the market, sell a portion and hope you can buy back lower. At least you won't go broke.
