    Evolution VS Revolution

I don’t understand why anyone would even want to stay with this company even if they would make streamer available. The client/server trust relationship was immediately broken when they announced the abrupt termination of the CC/Streamer platform with very little notice.
A smart company would survey their clients and use their feedback in creating a product that would be acceptable. And then "phase in" the product over time. Not a month, but over a year or so.
This way the product could “evolve” into a user friendly and well accepted product. But the knuckle heads are clueless and went off with an idea half baked and started a product “revolution”.
As soon as I got my notice I decided right then and there to take my business to another Broker – Charles Schwab. I sent the Schwab folks a screen shot of Streamer and they said they could support all fields in a very similar display. They sent me a demo package to test out and I switched to them the very next day. I’m very happy with Chuck. You guys need to go over and talk to Chuck…

Good Luck Everyone – You’re all going to need it.

    • Thank you for your information. Have you used the Schwab platform? If so, how do you like it and how does it compart to Streamer and/or CC? I used both for years and thought they were great, and after spending countless hours trying to use Trade Architect, I am totally frustrated with it and am ready to move my accounts to something better. I'll also try using Fidelity's platform, as I have had several accounts there for many years, but I always used Streamer and CC. TA has so many problems and is missing so many things that Streamer and CC's amazing that they would make a change to something so inferior and risk losing so many of their long-time customers. Thanks again for your input.

    • Do you work for Schwab? If not, you should.
I don't understand why this board isn't flooded with posts like yours, from
      other online brokers.
Anyway, I have to go.....................have to go talk to Chuck
