    Split is good?

I am thinking of investing in LWAY. The split news was surprising to me. But after seeing the company has only 8.4 million shares out and 53% owned by insiders, the float on this company stock probably is too small. I think the company expects to continue growing and wants to have enough float out there to show market value appreciation. Not a short term benefit, but probably a strong buy sign nonetheless.

    • Yep .... ONLY 8.4 million shares outstanding!

BUT that could mean two things.
      One good. And one bad.

The good thing is that only a select few own this stock, so therefore, the power of each common share has more bang for the buck! And that is good.

But the bad part is that there is always the HIGH POTENTIAL of ........ "MANIPULATION"!!!!

YEP, unfortunately for the small individual investors .... insider manipulation DOES happen but the fact is that "nobody talks about it" .... insiders are not stupid.

They know their stuff or their .... craft.

It's like an "art" .... "the art of taking money away from the small investors without getting caught", lol ....

      Sad .... but true.

      Sgt. Ops!

      p.s. Folks .... do what i do ....
"CASH IS KING" so put your money in the "sidelines" (for now) .... conserve your capital (for now) .... afterall, you can always jump on the wagon later on!
      (once the dust settles)
