As I've said in the past, the $1.25B AMD got was FAR less valuable to AMD than the cross-license extension.Likewise, any money Intel ever paid Nvidia in cash would pale in comparison to the value NVidia would gain from forcing Intel to give them chipset rights.
but having a chipset on the DMI bus, which is far slower than the FSB bus... I'm not sure if chipset graphics would fast enough gotta go
