i don't have "professional" membership, and won't pay a dime to semiaccurate to get it, but it from the portion of the article freely available it doesn't seem to contain any new news, and Charlie himself seems to be saying he thinks the modem and GPU will do just fine... which, given his bias, to me suggests he thinks it'll be quite a compelling offering. lol. it seems he takes issue with the naming scheme and that said name should be a warning sign to the financial community, which makes no sense to me but that's just my opinion.
Charlie sounds like a bitter soul who lost a lot of money on NVDA stock over the years. Anyone who was buying based on hype and losing money because the company underperformed would share this viewpoint.
But that aside - most of what he has written is true. Nvidia has the distinct honor of being very destructive to the OEMs that adopt its Tegra processor. I had posted a list of products few months ago - Zune, Ken, Moto etc.
But at the end of the day - its all noise, if Nvidia has changed its tune and actually delivers good products on time - the stock will be rewarded, they are after all targeting a very large market with room for growth.
also this is totally my opinion but his last two articles feel like they could be responses to his professional subscribers saying "dude i thought you said the company is doomed, why are we losing money on our shorts... do something so we can cover!"
