Relative Costs S800, T4, T4i LTE
DefectDensity - 0.2 Complexity factor 1 $6,500 per wafer (Using J7's number) for all cases modelled below -
S800 120mm2 $29 +$3pkg ~ $32 final yielded tested packaged costs - Barron's S800 ASP $65 so this cost is about right, before including LTE
T4i 60mm2 $10 +$2pkg ~ $12 final costs includes LTE
T4 80mm2 $15 + $3pkg ~ $18 final costs no LTE
S800+LTE ~ $65+$25 =$90 ASP, T4i ~ $25 ASP, T4 + LTE ~ $18 + $20 = $38

Mediatek will have quad-core+LTE chips next year too, and Mediatek is a chinese company, their chips will be cheaper than this Tegra BS.

Tegra 4i is perfect for the $200 7 inch tablets. I'm still struck by the 11 inch Tegra 4 reference tablet shown at CES. Is this the new HP Tegra 4 tablet rumored to be in the works. And the 5 inch Tegra 4i reference phone. Is it the new unlocked Nexus 5 for $200. If google got behind a quality $200 unlocked Lte phone it would be came over Apple.
