    Just like LAST MONDAY!!

We were here last Monday, the Bears pushed the stock all the way down to exactly $12.32 and then we forge upward into the close to end at $12.41.

The BIG rumor that drove this stock's price down today was that our CEO Huang was interviewing for the vacated INTC CEO position. That's why we dropped so much today.

The company needs to come out with a statement to the contrary. BTW, if Huang was at INTC, let's hope it was to discuss a buyout.

    Sentiment: Hold

    • It didn't drop because of that rumor . . all the semis dropped today significantly. And the only way Jen would even remotely consider something with Intel would be a buyout of the company with his own company remaining intact.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • We actually were out-performing most of the other chip companies until the rumor hit and then we dropped even more than the majority of other chip companies. Obviously the ISM numbers drove down all the chips.

I don't disagree with you that the majority of chip companies dropped 3-4% today, but we did regain some of the loss into the close. Hopefully Tuesday through the rest of the week will also be similar to last week's action.

I think the press release regarding the NVIDIA's GeForce 700M notebook technologies kept us in the $12.55 area. Then the Steinberg press that he received and traded on illegal tips from Jon Horvath, a former analyst at Stamford, Connecticut- based SAC, on technology companies Dell Inc. and Nvida Corp., came out. The was followed by the Huang and INTC rumor.

I share your thoughts about the buyout, if Huang goes, he better be taking us with him!

        GLTA Longs!
