this is the best short EVER!!!!!!!

CMGI is possibly going to buy out this CO. Just a rumor from a friend on Wall Street. I hope it is true, though. Atleast I can get back some of my losings.

    • Why would CMGI buy FLWS?
      Anyone with any guesses?

    • If at all, it makes sense more for AMZN to buy FLWS, not CMGI

    • I will try to post something intelligent about
      flws.
E-commerce is out of favor just look at amzn, bnbn or just
about any major e-commerce player right now, no body is
buying them. One of the concerns from what I am reading
is the amount of expenses e-commerce players like
amzn are running up in order to establish themselves
as front runners. I am looking beyond the short term
with FLWS and asking myself who is going to be the
front runner in the flowers and gifts area of
e-commerce? 1800flowers.com is clearly the frontrunner right
now and has the muscle to remain so. 1800flowers.com
has an excellent web site and brand name. For these
reasons I am ignoring the obvious short sellers and some
obvious morons posting here and looking down the road six
months or one year. This stock is not expensive relative
to what it is doing now and has the potential to do
in revunue growth, I just don't see the tremendous
      downside risk at this price?
