NeoRx Corporation (NERX) Message Board

These Are The Good Ole Days...

To all the bottom dwellers & game players out there waiting for the stock price to drop, consider this. It has. These are probably the waning days of buying in at single digits.

Think about it. There are 26.6 million outstanding shares of NeoRx. Lately we've been struggling to trade about 26,600 shares a day. That's only 1/10 of 1% of the shares supposedly determining the $4/share price. Maybe I'm just an optimist but that mean 99.9% of the shareholders are saying 'No Way!. That 4 Bucks is simply the price to sell Today. Many are waiting. The intrinsic value of NeoRx is much, much higher. When the tide comes in we are in for quite a rise while the game playing, bottom suckers will remain stuck in the mud.

    Slurp That.

    • not sure ...

my best guess is that they have to get patients signed up and screened and then when they get enough patients signed up to make a holmium run they'll do a treatment. Once they do that treatment may be when they release the news. so the websites go up first recruiting patients and we find them before the treatments start.

I know we found the new Pretarget GI trials before they released the news as well.

but again, I'm not sure, hopefully somone else who knows will speak up.

    • So tell us what your alias was at that time so we can read what you had to say back then ..
or are we to believe you never posted to nerx board prior to mid-march 2001 ?..I know,
mygameon was created oct 2000 and that was
      when you discovered yahoo!

    • I do not dispute your logic or reasoning. The catch is that this is NERX and this dog and pony show has never delivered on anything. Thus when the stakes are at their highest and the challenges are the greatest, I have little faith that NERX is up to the challenge. We'll see who is right.

You do, however, need to address the dilution that is about to occur. No cash still means no cash and NERX doesn't get market value for mice results anymore-only human trials and their too expensive for NERX to currently fund.

That is a rock and a hard place. I lose nothing if the price doesn't go down, you lose on dilution and may have to dollar cost average. This might be a DCA for many on this board. Time will tell....

you've never had faith in Nerx, because you've never researched the company, add into the mix that this is new management and your just blowin smoke, you haven't a clue whether this management team can come through or not. nobody does, they haven't been here long enough ...

..."You do, however, need to address the dilution that is about to occur. No cash still means no cash and NERX doesn't get market value for mice results anymore-only human trials and their too expensive for NERX to currently fund"...

Dilution has been addressed here several times, just because you didn't participate doesn't mean the rest of us haven't. And the only people who bought the mouse results at $70 were daytraders like you who don't research the company first. The company never tried to do a secondary because of the mouse results as you imply. Is this why your so bitter towards nerx ? calling Dr. Freud

dilution does not always make a stock fall in value. If the dilution is already factored in, then you lose as you will be too late getting in. ever heard of a gap up before the open ?

hate to see you buy in at $70 again.

        ..."Time will tell.... "...

ok, so you got one right ...

      • MGO -

Please specifically lay out the possible dilution of NERX stock.

Is it in conjunction with a cash infusion in the near term?

How many shares will hit the market?
