    Private Placements

    Private placements appear to be the only thing that Ants management is good at these days.

    What is more amazing is that Ants keeps on finding more and more suckers to invest in them. Don't these guys see how many placements have been done in the past couple years and the lack of return for most of them?

    Of course each new investor starts off thining that he could at least get a double only to watch the stock go lower each time. Maybe at 10 cents per share, this time the investor maybe able to profit.

      I'll give Ants management credit for being able to find willing parties to give them cash in exchange for stock and warrants. They should change their business model because they are so successful at this.

      Two more placements since my last post on 7/20. Quickly losing count on the number of shares outstanding.

      Wonder what Ants is doing with all the money raised?

      Are they paying themselves salaries or are they actually paying their workers and vendors?

      With the credit markets so tight, I'm wondering how anyone is able to get a loan today. The presentation must have been impressive. I hope no more dilution and more contracts.

        This placement was with Constantin Zdarsky who is one of the--if not THE--major shareholder in the company. Has a major stake for years now.
