If you read the newsletters that come out quarterly you can tell he is very involved in all the funds as they all have similar focus and ideas. He is just doing the smart leadership thing and surrounding himself with good smart people. This gives him more time to explore new companies, trends and new Baron funds. I am sure he is involved in all new ideas. I have invested with Baron since the late 80's and still kick myself for moving some $ out of Baron in early 2000 when the returns were lower than the overall market. Years ago I began socking our kids birthday money and later bar mitzvah $ into barax and have done very well.
