I believe there was a stipulation in the Clic geek-glasses contract which transfers ownership of the M400 if it does not fly within a certain time period. Anybody happen to know when that happens? Moe will be even more of a paper tiger when he's stripped of his Hangar Queen.
I may be wrong here - the contract states one year after the receipt of payment. Given that it was a non-event, I wonder if any money changed hands. The sunglasses dude seems to have vanished quietly, like so many of Moe's employees do. He makes a big splash when they are hired, but manages to soon run them off, not that you can blame them.
Here is what the sponsorship agreement states:
It is Moller International's intention to complete the first untethered test flight with 12
months of receiving the funds from the sponsorship. In exchange for that consideration,
Moller International will pledge the ownership in the Moller Skycar M400x as collateral."
