The way this contract is written doesn't suggest a fit for MI. And, it specifically states, it won't invest in engine technology. How they plan to achieve design goals without new engine technology is interesting to say the least. Maybe this contract was written with a specific company (or two) in mind. It certainly isn't MI.
Not exactly. Read the message board and Investors Hub site and you will note that they simply put their roter system on a proven, certified twin jet aircraft. Thats what they did last time untill the feds ran out of money. Believe it was also certified at 300MPH plus.
