AUMN to be next MIDTIER silver producer

Silly how this is still valued like a struggling non-producing exploration company despite the fact this company has cash and about to become cash flow positive.

AUMN about to join the ranks of First Majestic, Endeavour, Alexco, and other formerly lightweight juniors that are now robust cash rich midtier producers that are priced MULTIPLES above former price levels thanks to PRODUCTION GROWTH and the RERATING process that occurs in the marketplace OVER TIME.

No one makes any real money selling into bottoms. Unless they go LONG which I suspect the shorts in AUMN will do.

This sideways waltz in AUMN for the last many months will lull everyone into complacency and soon AUMN will be priced at last years high levels just as fast as they fell last fall. Mark this post.

Where else you gonna get 500M ozs silver for under $275M market cap fully diluted?! Look at PAAS, that's a nice VALUE - $3.5B for over 1B ozs silver, but they have no growth until 2 years from now. AUMN has growth and priced at a fraction. Look at SSRI, they also have over 1B ozs silver, but it's mostly LOW GRADE and the only producing mine they have is large but not very profitable with cash costs around $20s!

AUMN remains the Guru's #1 silver pick, and I like many other on pullbacks, especially AG which has the BEST GROWTH PROFILE and although their reserves are not as impressive as a few others, they are FORMIDABLE!

Silver investors should be using options to buy more shares at stupid lower prices. Or use put make some cash to buy physical with if further tidal wave central bank/bullion bank selling persists a bit longer, such as when the credit and stock markets implode again ala 2007-8.

The ironic and crazy thing is that there could be even lower Treasury yields coming yet gasoline will be $5+ and dollar depreciation will outpace short-term appreciation in govt toliet paper.
