The fact that MMLP has filed a 200 million dollar shelf offering, right about the same time that the UBS move was announced is at least interesting, but could be coincidental. Most of TMG's assets would fit in well in an MLP. As you speculated, companies like BPL, KMP, VLI, SXL would seem logical. BPL just made a huge acquisition and I doubt that add more to the plate so fast, KMP seems like it would have done this long ago if it were going to happen, SXL seems to focus more on internal drop-downs that 3rd party acquisitions and VLI remains the only viable alternative to MMLP as far as MLP's are concerned. Only time will tell.
