EVERY ONE HERE NEEDS TO GO TO NQ AND READ...

CHECK OUT NQ ABOUT CARSON BLOCK. There two things that every one here can do . try to find Jon Carnes like NQ is trying to find Carson Block., or every one get together and file a class action law suit against Jon Carnes and let the lawyers hunt him down and ream out him B hole with no lube. on NQ they have a reward out for Carson Block. but a law suite would be better seeking alpha should have to make financial restitution for what they have done to #$%$

    • You are beyond an idiot. You are a danger to yourself and others.

= file a class action law suit against Jon Carnes

For what grounds? Because he reported FAB transgressions? What are you waiting for? Go talk to an attorney and tell them you want to sue Carnes. When they stop laughing... come back and tell us what they said.

It is amazing all the people that blame those who REPORT transgression while not blaming those who actually COMMITTED them. I suppose you hated Walter Cronkite. He killed Kennedy, right? After all... he REPORTED it.

=seeking alpha should have to make financial restitution for what they have done

What has SA done? Show us what is actionable about a blog site publishing opinion pieces. Have you ever heard of something called the CONSTITUTION? Go ahead... show us what is actionable in any of the reports about FAB.

Zhang, Spencer, Busshaus, Rogers and the other BOD members have stolen your money and not Carnes, Geoinvesting, SA or anybody else who reported their transgressions. How come you don't blame Zhang for illegally hiding a bond offering? How come you don't blame the management for signing off on filings full of red flags and inconsistencies? They were asleep at the wheel and had no controls in place to ferret out fraudulent activity. That is why they are named in lawsuits.

Get a clue and hold accountable those responsible for your losses and not those who reported the problems.

if you hurry you can catch the turnip truck you fell off of

      • Why is it that Carnes is being prosecuted in most major trading countries except the U.S.
OH YAH YOU ARE A BUNCH OF WUSSIES WITH NO RIGHTS LEFT AFTER CHENEY SCREWED YOU ALL

      • "Zhang, Spencer, Busshaus, Rogers and the other BOD members have stolen your money and not Carnes, Geoinvesting, SA or anybody else who reported their transgressions."

Of course you believe this, the belief FAB is a fraud is the essence of the Carnes Scam.

But you really need to stick with the Carnes Scam because every time you move away from it you sound like a complete idiot.

"What has SA done? Show us what is actionable about a blog site publishing opinion pieces. Have you ever heard of something called the CONSTITUTION? Go ahead... show us what is actionable in any of the reports about FAB."

There are limits to the First Amendment right of free speech....some laid out under Libel laws.

Carnes and other like him know the law, and the law of Libel for public figures is very difficult to prove.

It has nothing to do with Carnes being right, it has to do with FAB's ability to PROVE not only that his claims are false but also Carnes knew they were false at the time he published them.

Barring employing a mind reader, just how do you think FAB would prove that? Yet you have Carnes/Block standing on a hill daring FAB/NQ to sue them....with the implication they are right if a lawsuit is not forthcoming.

The problem for Carnes and Block is they have so far pushed the bar that their running into SEC laws and not Libel laws.

        Sentiment: Hold
