Wonder if Carnes paid off the chick or his investigators?
" That person was and is not, in fact, the director of franchisee sales or even an employee of the Company and was not authorized to make any such offer on behalf of FAB. The Company has commenced legal action against that individual in China."
Today's news from FAB stating they are still listed on the NYSE if very strange. It never seemed right to me how this played out the last day, as I've never seen the process work like this.
With this report in hand I expect FAB to stay listed. I have no idea how the pink sheets will play out.
It's such a pity, IMO, the shorts were able to cover on the pink sheets instead of the NYSE.
Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
My thinking is I just play with the cards I'm dealt. If someone really wants to give their shares up and listens to Carnes or lbcb then that's their right.

Of course they are still listed on the NYSE. Creating another straw man argument, Joe? The letter announced that the delisting process would commence and not that delisting had occurred. They aren't delisted until a Form 25 is filed with the SEC.
FAB has just filed a 8K and asks for an oral appeal to the NYSE Listing Panel to appeal the delisting. See how often Ibcb321 distorts. He said that was a boilerplate error. That post by him will no doubt be deleted soon. Check the 8k out on SEC site.
So deja vu... maybe the first hearing never happened...
