Customer Service ( Does it exist)
I have a store. I cannot put any more items on my site.... because i am over my limit....What limit? I am being told that i have to record a credit card to make automatic payments for selling items. They have credit card info.??? i am ID verified I have a selling history, i have been selling for three years, my account has been open for 5 years. I have a 100% seller rating.
It seems as though ebay does not like the fact that i pay sellers fees by check every month so now.....they want me to pay automaticly by credit card.... Tell me, is this the way it is..... I read the boards here enough to know people are paid to be here.... so it is you people that i ask.... can you give me a answer???? Oh, and by the way, i called coustomer support for stores at 886 322-9103 i get a recording that says Your number cannot be completed as dialed.... please check the number and dial again..... this gets old after the third try.... Answers Welcome!-

Heaven forbid you just try reading the rules clearly laid out by clicking on Help at the top of every page.

Rules clearly laid out!!! Ya right! Nothing is clear on this site...... that is why Craigslist is so attractive to so many people. They would not have come up with the term Ebay college if it was laid out simple..... and when you start to get a feel for it..... the brain trust changes it.

check the number before you dial, it is 866-322-9103 not 886-322-9103.

Hi, That is the number that i called and that is the number that i listed. All their is is a dead end recording, I suggest you try calling it!! What is the point of listing a number that does not work??
