we had a buyer file a claim with their credit card company a week ago, "Unauthorized Use", The item they ordered was shipped to their confirmed address with Paypal. The Priority Mail label was printed through Paypal with delivery confirmation. The tracking shows the item delivered to the customer's address in two days. The customer never contacted us and did not file a claim through Ebay....THIS TYPE OF SITUATION COMPLETELY UNDERMINES THE ECOMMERCE MODEL. Ebay has a lot of clout, why can't they put an end to this type of Nonsense?....PS - our sales have dropped significantly since the claim was made...So we get punished by Ebay with lower search status because a customer is attempting fraud ....too? By the way, the customer's feedback score is about 100 our feedback score is about 10,000. Something is really wrong with this picture. FIX IT!
Seller protection exists but be prepared to be on the phone for an hour and it will take 4 or 5 calls.
Ebay can't seem to correct our TRS status even though they made the mistake.
EBAY is flawed. . .
How have you been? Long time no see.
Hey John Osborne, why were you observed wiggling, squirming and writhing on your dirt bike yesterday? You know almost every other man that rides doesn't use them like a vibrator. What's next? A mechanical bull? Get 'em cowgirl in the sand. Giddy up!
Poor broke Johnie Osborne, I never played instruments so had no band. I never buy or sell on ebay, that's for loser wussies, and I don't live in Dallas. It must be very miserable for you to be so g@y you believe your own daily melting lies. You're trapped like a rat! Investors here clearly see you've lost you mind in every one of your 1000's of IDs. How's that drug growing house working out for your z50com ebay? Looks like sales, much like all you home equity, got flushed down a JOHN. A plunger is coming. Try to hold on.
Ebay isn't going to do squat!
This seller's money is gone for good.
PayPricBassturds pulled that same stunt on me a half dozen times.
PayPal accepted the unauthorized credit card, but refuses to take responsibility for doing so. PayPric simply reverses the transaction to avoid a loss to PayPric.
The seller's fault is they shipped too quick. In PayBassturds transaction reversal email, PayPal emphatically states: "Do not ship the item" -- OOPS! Too Late.
The eBay seller is between a rock and hard place, eBay demands fast shipment or DSR's will be whacked.
The prompt shipper bears the risk of having the transaction reversed.
Chalk it up to the price of doing business on eBay and adjust your selling prices accordingly. Your Ebay prices should be at least 15% higher than you'd normally sell the item elsewhere to compensate for the risk.
Higher selling prices are your only insurance against eBay's institutionalized fraud.
I hope so.....In the past we had a bunch of these go for the buyer, we lost a bundle and gave up many categories of products because it was getting ridiculous. A situation like this should be stopped immediately, Sellers need to be made to feel confident too, especially those with High feedback scores...We shouldn't have to keep going through this nonsense, we paid our dues. By the way, we are also a buyer on Ebay who purchases much much more merchandise than the seller who filed the charge back......It's just plain stupid to penalize a power-seller!
You're revealing yet another tasty tidbit on your own failed life fake Sully. Are you hoping Madbezos will toss a nickel in your board troll beggar cup?
Wow! That prescient other poster predicted you would do a public projecting rant of hate on your Master. Are you hoping he'll toss a nickel in your beggar cup?
Are you admitting you need the "Corrections Department" and publicly licking your Sullied IDs backside is losing its allure? Have you tried Lowery's Seasoned Salt?
